The remarkable chef, Alberico Penati, honed his talent with the renowned chef Angelo Paracucchi at the Carpaccio du Royal Monceau in Paris. His cuisine, inspired by the great Italian gourmet regions, quickly seduced the capital and even the Michelin Guide, which awarded him a star only six months after opening.
